A new plan just for walkers. Many of our customers have requested a walking app  – either for themselves or for friends and family members that might be inspired to improve their fitness but not up for the physical demands of the 5K running program.  So we went ahead and designed a walking plan to fit in with our other apps.  Power Walk will help a true beginner get up and moving with no running at all.  In twelve weeks, the program will get even the classic couch potato walking, building up to a full sixty-minute power walk.  It can be a life-changing foundation of fitness and even lay the groundwork for starting Ease into 5K.
