Read on for an introduction to some of the app features:
Home Screen
Here you can see all your workouts. The app comes preloaded with five workouts so you can start using the app right away. To choose a workout tap on the workout name . You can edit existing workouts by tapping on the Edit button or create your own by tapping on the New button.
Workout Builder
On the workout builder screen is where you can build your own personal custom workouts. It’s as simple as dragging and dropping an exercise icon into the workout area. Challenge yourself and make it interesting!
Workout Screen
Once you are ready to begin your workout you’ll enter this screen. A big timer tells you exactly how much time is left for each exercise. The smaller timer keeps track of the total workout. Each exercise is illustrated in the exercise slider. A description of each exercise is located at the bottom of the screen. During the workout you’ll hear your personal trainer telling you when to switch to the next exercise as well as encourage you along the way.
If you are one of the 50 winners of the launch promotion you should have received a personal email with the promo code. Otherwise, head to the App Store by clicking here and download yourself a copy.

I would be considered a beginner in the weight lifting arena and am confused with all the machines at the gym, and what moves will work the areas I want to focus on. I do not have a lot of extra income to spend on a personal trainer so I was excited to see your boot camp workout app. It is awesome I can do the workout at home on the three days a week that I am not able to get to the gym to work out. Another huge plus, it is portable and I always have what day and what workout I am doing right in my hand. Thank you for creating this app and I am an avid user of the C25k app. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Just bought the bootcamp app. Very impressed.
A few tweaks: Can you include an “I felt” section/icons , like on the http://blog.c25kapp.com/ screen?
Also, is there a way to increase the volume? I have an ipod 4g.
Will you be updating this app soon? Will you be including more exercises?
I am very impressed. i have spent a lot of money trying to find such an app. You guys have hit this one out of the partk!!
Alfredo
Alfredo,
Thanks for these great suggestions and comments. Currently I am working on adding picture images and video clips of each exercise. I am not going to be adding any new exercises with the next update but I definitely have that planned in the future.
A workout history such as the one on our other runhelper apps will also be there hopefully with the next update as well.
I found a bug with the volume going down when I worked out with the app last week. When an email comes through it triggers the trainers voice volume to decrease. This will be fixed with the next update.
Again thanks for writing good luck and have fun getting your muscles sore. I know I did!
Looks promising…
I have your C25K app and use it every other day…
This looks like a nice way to fill in the days I’m not running…
Thanks for putting this together!
Thanks Jason for your comment. I hope you enjoy using Bootcamp on your off running days as much as we do. Good luck and Merry Christmas!
Just downloaded, have been waiting a long time for this app…. now it’s time to get started.
