One of the coolest things we see being in the fitness business is what a great community of runners there is out there — athletes of all levels who are out doing the best with what they have and striving to be better. Motivation: All be it this is not mine but I love it and it keeps me going.
It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require will power. You will need to make healthy decisions. It requires sacrifice. You will need to push your body to its max. There will be temptation. But I promise you, once you reach your goal. IT’S WORTH IT!
